This rare, one of a kind evening will pair the dynamic, invigorating practice of Rocket Yoga with a live dj set in the heart of Manchester.
The practice will be led by Anna Favager with Pranayama to open and deep, restoring relaxation to close.
The music will be served up by Lisa, playing a live DJ set to build up the energy and drop you in deep.
Rocket Yoga is an uplifting, unique practice rooted in Ashtanga and devised by Larry Schultz in the 80s.
It is energetic and creative with space to play with arm balances and inversions if you choose to - after all in Rocket Yoga - “everyone gets to do what they want!”
Expect big vibrational, sky high vibes in this magic evening!
