Soften, Often. Much of the time we run our days on autopilot, habitually repeating tasks and unconsciously shifting through ingrained patterns of movement - many of which don’t serve us.

In this 40 minute calming yoga and meditation class, we’ll take time to soften tension and tightness by relaxing into each posture.

This 30 minute sequence is a chance to press the reset button whenever you're feeling a bit stuck - in body or mind, as a reminder that you don't have to stay there.

Every breath is a juncture to another version of your day.

The quality of our breath impacts our state of mind and vice versa. 
In this 40 minute flowing sequence, the breath will be used as a tool to reclaim a steady centre as a moving meditation.
