I offer weekly classes online and in studio.

Classes are a a merger of my experiences and trainings in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, tantra, spirituality, psychology, astrology, mythology, philosophy, music and dance.​

I aim to make my classes inclusive, you're encouraged to listen to the greatest teacher of all - YOU.

Online Classes

ONLINE CLASSES RETURN MONDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER

Flow & Restore | Mondays | 6.30 - 7.30pm

Get set up with a blanket & pillow and I’ll lead you through a guided meditation, a short energy releasing flow into long held supported postures, ending with relaxation 

Relieves the tensions and stresses of everyday life through movement & stillness.

Stretch deep tissues and unblock stuck energy.

Weaved with mindfulness meditation and tantric philosophy.
